In 2016 we moved to new premises in Edinburgh and installed a chocolate kitchen. Having our own in-house facility and it has been a game changer.

It as allowed us to have complete control of every stage of the process. It has also been a lot of fun.! As small batch manufacturers we do like to experiment with flavours. Constantly evolving, we have even made our own Periodic Table of Flavours to explore new frontiers in chocolate combinations!
