Where are the wholesale prices?
We don't wish to share our wholesale prices with the world which is why they're not listed on the website. Get in touch with us letting us know who you are and we'd be more than happy to send you an up-to-date our wholesale price list. To get in touch click here. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is a minimum spend of £100 for wholesale customers. All wholesale products come in sets of ten. You can mix and match different types of products, so long as you order in sets of ten!
MOQ = x10 per unit.
What are the delivery lead times?
Normally we will aim to dispatch your order within five working days, however due to seasonal peaks this may not always be achievable. If we think your order cannot be delivered within seven days, we will contact you to discuss an estimated delivery date.
Can I pre-order seasonal stock?
We welcome pre-orders for seasonal stock and this allows you to get ahead and reserve stock well in advance of when you'd like to take delivery. Let us know your preferred delivery date when placing the order and we can schedule in a date of your choosing. Please note, we cannot split orders - the entire order has to be delivered in one go. If you would prefer different delivery dates or locations for different stock, please place several small orders.
What is the Best Before Dates on the chocolate?
We make chocolate freshly every week in small batches and the Best Before date can vary from 6-12 months, dependant on ingredients. Our classic milk chocolate bars nearly always have a Best Before date of at least 10 months and often 12 months. Products containing biscuits, nuts and soft fruit do have a shorter expiry date than other flavours. What we can guarantee is that we will never send you any chocolate bars with a Best Before date that is less than six months. There is an exception and that is our handmade ganache filled chocolates and filled bars. We have found that they really do taste a lot better when eaten within 3-4 months. For this reason we think it is best to think of our boxes of chocolates and filled bars as a seasonal item stocked during busy periods only.
Where do you delivery to?
Currently we only ship to wholesale stockists in the UK. However, if you have already organised a UK courier to ship items abroad for you, we are happy to liaise with them. If you are based outside the UK and would really really like to stock our products, get in touch and we will see what we can do!
What do you charge for delivery?
Orders will be sent using tracked Royal Mail or DPD, depending on order size. UK Mainland Address: £6.99
We are committed to supporting businesses in remote Scottish locations and so have capped delivery to the Highlands & Islands to match our standard delivery charge of £6.99. It often costs a lot more than that when the weight is higher, which is why we aren't able to offer free delivery on larger order sizes.
How do I make payment?
For new customers, payment must be made through a pro forma invoice.
Payment can then be completed through BACs, PayPal or with Debit or Credit Card. Unfortunately, we cannot currently take payment over the phone.
After you have placed three orders with us, you can request a credit account. We will ask you to provide two trade references which we will contact for verification. Once approved, you will then be able to place your order and have 30 days to pay your bill.
Payment for larger organisations
We know the larger the company, the harder it can be to make direct payments. If you are a buyer from a company that requires a credit account from the start, please get in touch using the Contact Form here, and we will be happy to deal with you directly.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Please check goods at time of delivery as any claims for damaged or non arrival of goods must be notified by email within one week. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection.
