THE TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT

YOUR ORDER DETAILS

When you buy a product on our website in order to process it, we do need to collect some of your details. We need your name and address to which to send the order. We also need a contact email address to send you an order confirmation and to alert you when the item has been dispatched. We also like to take a contact number so we can update you with tracking information or get in touch if there is an issue with your order. We hold onto this information for 3 months to ensure that if you reorder we have your details to hand. You can be assured that we hold this information securely and will never allow third parties access to your details.

YOUR PERSONALISATION DATA

Some of our personalised gifts are quite cheeky and may sometimes divulge sensitive information about the recipient, e.g. political inclinations. This is because, as a gifting company, we like to come up with ideas which are as inclusive as possible. However, as a customer, you have our word that we DO NOT use this information for any kind of profiling or customer behaviour modification.

MAILING LISTS

At checkout we give you the option to sign up to our mailing list. The purpose of any correspondence will be to let you know about new products that we think you might like to see. The other reason will be to give you a special deal as one of our loyal customers. If there comes a point where we no longer make you smile we won’t make it any more awkward for you to break up with us. On any email we send, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time. Also, please note that we are not in the business of buying or selling our mailing lists, and if you as a customer were to opt to subscribe to our mailing list, your consent is paramount, you have the right to request to unsubscribe at any time and we will renew your subscription with us every 12 months.
